- HERB TEA: To prepare dandelion root tea, you'll need approximately 1-2 tsps of the roots and about 200-250ml of boiling water. Place the dried dandelion root in a heatproof container, such as a teapot or a mug. Bring the water to a boil, then pour it over the dried root. Let the tea steep for 10-15 minutes to allow the hot water to extract the beneficial compounds. After steeping, strain the tea to remove the dandelion root particles, and then enjoy it warm.
