Damaged or faulty
If you have received a damaged or faulty item please contact us at contactus@ukhealthhouse.com This is uncommon and likely happened in transit.  Please clearly state the issue / fault is and as soon as possible after discovering the fault and we will advise you what to do next.
Item not received

Please contact us if your item has not been received. To receive a refund or a replacement, you must inform us that you have not received your item within 21 days from the day of purchase.
Distance Selling Rules

In line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can cancel your purchase within 14 working days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once we have received the item, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method, minus the postage cost built into the item price. The cost of the return is down to the buyer.

Please return the product to us stating the reason for refund, please include your order number in the letter.
