Recommended Dosage:
As a food supplement, we recommend adding 3g of D-Aspartic Acid to your preferred amount of water or fruit juice. Shake well and consume.
Use one serving daily, with your first meal of the day.
After 12 days of consecutive use we recommend taking 1 week of before repeating the cycle.
*As a guideline, 3g of D-Aspartic Acid is approximately 2 level teaspoons.*
